The Problem
Every month, dealership accounting teams spend hours reconciling floor plan statements, bank statements, and factory invoices by hand. Spreadsheets, manual comparison, tribal knowledge — it's how most offices still work.
There's no dedicated tool for this. DMS systems don't handle it. Generic accounting software doesn't understand it. So accountants build their own workarounds — and those workarounds break when someone is out, when the office gets busy, or when an auditor asks questions.
